We have all the equipment needed for class. Although, most people prefer to bring some of their own equipment that works best for them, such as mat, resistance tubing & bands, foam roller, etc. Everyone is different in their preferences, such as mat size & thickness, tubing resistance & length, etc. Bringing your own might help you have a better workout experience.
Absolutely! We are there to have fun moving to great music, no matter one's dance skills. Because we have all levels of skills in class, Lori creates playlists and choreography to appeal to each level. Yes, some dances may be more tricky, while other dances are simplified. No matter what, we're just there to sweat while we have fun!
Each class is designed to allow for all fitness levels. We want you to push yourself to your personal level, regardless how the class level is designed. Example: TUFF Decaf is designed as an all-modified class, but that doesn't mean you have to stay modified. We want you to do the level best for you!
