The T.U.F.F. Trainer offers Private Training (PT, 1-2 people), Small Group Training (SGT, 3-6 people), and Group Fitness Classes (GrpX,  <30 people).

Pricing varies depending on the service. Please checkout the services' pages for more details. 

Lori Rosario has been a fitness educator since 1989. She has a B.S. degree in Exercise Science, as well as current licenses and certifications in Private Training, Group Fitness Instruction, Zumba, Pilates, Indoor Cycle, Aqua Fitness, TRX, Zumba Gold, Aqua Zumba, and SilverSneakers.
